Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the item ordered. We frequently offer FREE SHIPPING on a large number of products, and for these items shipping is excluded from the total calculated shipping cost. Please note that free shipping is only available on the ‘SuperSaver’ shipping option.
All orders placed on the 360buy website are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to our shipping policies. Please note that delivery times are dependent on the destination country as well as size and weight of the order. We offer 3 forms of shipping:
- • SuperSaver – lowest shipping costs, it will take approximately 15-40 business days to ship your order
- • Regular – cheap shipping costs, it will take approximately 7-10 business days to ship your order
- • Express – fastest shipping service with higher costs, it will take approximately 3-6 business days to ship your order

In the rare event that your order never arrives, please contact our Customer Service Team at postsales@360buy.com as soon as possible.
The products we source are of the highest quality, so if you are not happy with an item you have purchased, please contact our Customer Service Team at postsales@360buy.com as soon as possible. We will be able to assist you with any returns and refunds based on the condition of the item. We accept email requests for returns within 5 working days of receiving your order. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our Customer Service Team. Your request should include all necessary information in accordance with the requirements as stated on the Order Summary and any additional information required by the Customer Service Team.
Note for Warranty Certificates: Product warranty periods are not valid for items purchased and shipped outside of Mainland China.
We reserve the right to approve or reject returns requests on a case-by-case basis. Once the Customer Service Team has approved the request, we may ask you to send the item to our nearest domestic warehouse processing facility. We must receive your package at our warehouse processing facility within 10 working days from the date we approved your request. We will inspect all returned items and if eligible, we will award an exchange or refund.
Please note that the following items are nonreturnable:

- • Intimates & nightwear
- • Lingerie
- • Personal care items (under category of ‘sexual wellness’ items)
- • Tattoo merchandise
Please note that there may be other items which we deem to be nonreturnable, and this will be determined by our Customer Service Team at the time of your returns request.
